Another Dutch battle.........again in Germany

Sunday October 16th, 14.30h , Sporthalle Berg Fidel Münster. First match between the German teams of USC Münster (team of Dutch players Lonneke Sloetjes and Tess von Piekartz) and VT Aurubis Hamburg (team of Dutch player Kim Staelens and coach Jean Pierre Staelens).

The 3rd battle of Dutchies in volleyball this weekend. Lonneke and Tess are 'rookies' in Germany, newcomers in team of USC Münster. Their first match in Bundesliga is against one of the favorite teams, VT Aurubis Hamburg. The team of the very expierenced setter Kim Staelens and her father in coaching position, Jean Pierre Staelens. The level of teams in German Bundesliga is very close to each other and the final result shows this : USC Münster won the match (3-2) but Hamburg scored more points (105-107). The two game points stayed in Münster, Kim Staelens took the MVP title for the team of Hamburg.
