Dutch battle in Germany

The opening match in German Bundesliga was between Smart Allianz Stuttgart and Dresdener SC. Friday October 14th was the Scharrena in Stuttgart filled with 1100 spectators and they were ready for the first 'Dutch battle' this weekend. Stuttgart started with Dutch players Kim Renkema and Flore Gravesteijn. Dresden started with Judith Pietersen and Robin de Kruijf. In this match the team of Smart Allianz Stuttgart was too strong and won the match clear 3-0 (25-21 , 25-22 , 25-23). Dutch attacker Kim Renkema was nominated as MVP of this match. Next round in German Bundesliga will be played on Wednesday October 19th. |
